Higher Living LLC operates Momentum Mastery (“Momentum Mastery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of nmmastery.com, related pages, digital courses, training materials, client portal, and any products or services you purchase from us.

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or use our services.

You agree to use our website, courses, and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or interfere with the operation or security of our website or services.

2. Course Access and License

When you purchase or are granted access to a Momentum Mastery course, bundle, or digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the materials for your own individual educational purposes.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any course materials, intellectual property, videos, downloads, frameworks, systems, or other content to you.

Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, you may not:

  • Share your login credentials with another person
  • Allow another person to access the course through your account
  • Copy, reproduce, record, download, distribute, or publicly display course content
  • Republish, resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute our materials
  • Use our curriculum, frameworks, training materials, branding, or content to create or sell competing products or programs
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from our materials

Unauthorized use or distribution may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund and may subject the user to additional legal remedies.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through Momentum Mastery, including videos, text, graphics, designs, downloads, worksheets, frameworks, training materials, logos, branding, and course content, is owned by Higher Living LLC or used with appropriate permission and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited personal-use license described in these Terms, no rights are granted to you in our intellectual property.

4. Payments and Billing

By purchasing a product, course, bundle, or service, you agree to pay the price displayed at checkout, together with any applicable taxes or fees.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and policies.

If we offer a payment plan or recurring payment arrangement in the future, you agree to make all payments according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not successfully completed, we may suspend access to the related product or service until the payment issue is resolved.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases of Momentum Mastery courses, bundles, and digital products are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Because access to digital content is generally made available immediately after purchase, we do not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, lack of participation, incomplete course use, or failure to implement the material.

Duplicate charges or legitimate billing errors will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

Our full Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
