Higher Living LLC operates Momentum Mastery (“Momentum Mastery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Because our products consist of digital courses and training materials that are made available immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds

All purchases of Momentum Mastery courses, bundles, and other digital products are non-refundable.

Once a purchase is completed and access to the digital content is granted, we do not offer refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Immediate Access to Digital Content

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital course materials and that the value of the product is delivered through that access.

Because digital content cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product, purchases are considered final once access has been provided.

3. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or experienced a clear billing error, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review legitimate duplicate charges or billing errors and make corrections where appropriate.

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased course or digital content, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Technical access problems do not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to restore access to the content you purchased.
